Time Out..

Be Kind 2 Yourself

Bath Time

Bath time required time and having time is not a simple thing in our busy life. But it is essential that we make time for ourselves and set a bath time.
To sooth those aching muscles I suggest getting ‘Epsom Salt’ in the health & beauty section of your local supermarket. As ‘Epsom Salt’ will help aching muscles and a bonus if you are constipated it helps the digestive system too!
A nice hot bath and 2 cups of Epsom Salt for 30mins is all it take to sooth those aching muscles. But you have to drink lots of ‘water’ during and after the bath as ‘salt’ drain the fluid from the body, and you need to replace them.

Health benefits of Epsom Salt

Epsom salt have been well known for hundreds of years to have beneficial properties that can soothe the body, mind and soul.
Some of the countless benefits include relaxing the nervous system, curing skin problems, soothing back pain and aching limbs, easing muscle strain, healing cuts, treating cold and congestion, and drawing toxins from the body.
It can also remove ‘Foot Odor!’ just by soaking your feet for 10 minutes.
Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or have a medical condition before taking an Epsom salt bath.

Life can be stressful and confusing at times but it is also full of beautiful surprises.
When you wake up in the morning you have two choices, go back to sleep and dream your dreams or get up and chase those dreams!

Treat yourself once a week!

Give yourself permission to go out and have breakfast once a week.
Why not treat yourself?
You work hard all week and deserve to be pampered.
If you’re on a diet… it does not have to be ruin as you can still eat food that is delicious and healthy as well! Like the breakfast showed here I just had was delicious.

Go buy flowers for yourself…. and give your home the smell of nature…

Smell the roses as the saying goes…
